F.I.S.H. (Friends in Service of Him)
Sunday mornings at 9am we have an inter-generational education hour called F.I.S.H. (Friends in Service of Him) in the Fellowship rooms. This is a home grown program. F.I.S.H is a thematic education and service program. It is a time of learning and sharing for all ages. We share Bible stories each week and connect the theme to our lives and the world. This inter-generational approach is focused on the Bible, service, art, music, refreshments, and fellowship. All are welcome.
Confirmation Class (Grades 6, 7 and 8) St. Martin’s offers a three year training for Confirmation. The Confirmation class meets on Sunday mornings during the education hour at 9:00 a.m. The program includes studies of the Bible, The Small Catechism, Martin Luther, and Lutheran traditions. An annual weekend retreat is part of the program. The rite of confirmation normally occurs on Pentecost.
