Christmas Bags for Seafarers
St. Martin’s will participate in preparing Christmas bags for the Seafarers again this year. This year the items will be assembled in gallon Ziploc bags instead of shoe boxes. We are collecting warm hats and gloves (not bulky), socks, playing cards, travel size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, body wash, chapstick, etc.), pens/pencils, and notepads - so that St. Martin's can again bless the Christmas of mariners who will be on the high seas, far from home, on Christmas day. The items can be dropped in the narthex on Sunday mornings from 9am-11am or during the week from 9am-4pm. If those times do not work for you and you would like to drop something off, please contact the church or Sara Wetz to coordinate a drop off time. All items need to be in by November 30th.
