Kim Rosekrans
I was born and raised in Maryland and have been Lutheran all my life. I graduated from West Virginia University and retired in 2020 as a dental hygienist with 45 years experience.
Music has always been an integral part of my life. I started piano lessons at 8 years and began playing the organ at church as a teenager. I have always been a choir member, rang bells, children’s choir director and served as worship leader, council member, and on many committees over the years.
I am the mother of 2 grown daughters, Julie and Mary Grace, who have been raised and confirmed Lutheran. They share their love of music through guitars, drums, trumpet, and singing.
It is a great joy to serve as interim director of music at this time. I’ve enjoyed sharing personal and professional relationships with previous directors and music will always be a vital part of my life.
‘ For in our music God is glorified’
‘O sing unto the Lord with song’
‘ Life is a song, Love is the music’
